Launch Dynamic Simulation of a Compressed-Air Launcher for Fire Suppression

This paper focuses on improving fire suppression performance through the use of compressed-air launching technology. A launch dynamics calculation model a launcher is presented, developed using VC++ programming, to simulate acceleration process fire-extinguishing bomb in barrel. By analyzing influences various structural and initial parameters interior ballistics variations, effectiveness program accurately simulating demonstrated. The results indicate that bore pressure follows similar trend traditional gunpowder launching. Additionally, it found specific parameters, such as nozzle diameter gas cylinder volume, have direct impact variations. Notably, positively affects peak pressure, muzzle velocity, transfer efficiency, efficiency. To ensure an optimal effect should be selected more than half caliber. Similarly, volume velocity while negatively affecting efficiency Furthermore, exhibits positive linear relationship with both but negative loading position minimally impacts slightly enhances Finally, observed angles do not affect ballistic process. research findings provide valuable theoretical guidance for determining working accelerated bombs.
